T-Rex guarantees to control ants, roaches, crickets, pill bugs, silverfish, spiders and other creepy crawly things for residential customers on a monthly contract. Baiting for rodents is also included in this contract, however there is an extra fee required to cover the necessary bait stations. After stations are placed, bait will be replenished at no extra charge.
For one-time services and initial set ups for contracted customers, we ask that the customer empty all cabinets, under all sinks, floors and shelves in closets. The more area we can cover, the better we will be able to protect your home.
T-Rex will treat all areas including attached garage and outside (perimeter of structure)
infested areas, including wasp, hornets, and ants nest. T-Rex offers many other services including commercial, multi-units and termites (see our termite treatment page).
